1. Acceptance of Terms

You may not access or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law, or if you are a resident of a country where jl9888 does not hold the appropriate gaming license. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws in your place of residence.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

To create a jl9888 account, you must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one account per person. You agree to provide all documents and information requested by jl9888 as part of the KYC verification process, which may include government-issued identification, proof of address, source of funds documentation, and additional information as deemed necessary. jl9888 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time and to suspend account functionality or withhold withdrawals until satisfactory verification is completed.

jl9888 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions or activities to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other relevant Philippine authorities as required by law. jl9888 may also refuse service, close accounts, or withhold funds if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise improper purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

jl9888 supports deposits via GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other partner banks), InstaPay, PesoNet, and other payment methods approved by PAGCOR. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 Philippine Pesos. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods or as required for regulatory compliance.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or bank account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your name will be reversed, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by jl9888. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method, banking hours, and verification requirements.

jl9888 reserves the right to request additional identity verification, source of funds documentation, or proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests exceeding a certain threshold (as determined by jl9888 and PAGCOR guidelines) may be subject to enhanced due diligence and may require additional processing time.

There is no minimum withdrawal amount for most payment methods. jl9888 does not charge withdrawal fees, though third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any such fees.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to prevent the Platform from being used as a money transfer or currency exchange service. Bonus funds, promotional credits, and free spins are subject to separate wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable bonus terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jl9888 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, time limits, and expiration dates. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. jl9888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus has been abused, exploited, or obtained through fraudulent means. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl9888 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jl9888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jl9888's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your jl9888 account in the six (6) months preceding the date the claim arose.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl9888 Platform shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform, you agree to first contact jl9888 Customer Support in writing at the contact details provided on the Platform. jl9888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within thirty (30) days. If the complaint cannot be resolved through jl9888's internal complaint process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

11. Amendments to Terms

jl9888 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to you via email, in-platform notification, or by posting a notice on the homepage. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

12. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your jl9888 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. jl9888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, if jl9888 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to jl9888 or other users.

Upon account closure, you will forfeit any unredeemed bonuses, promotional credits, or loyalty points. jl9888 will process the withdrawal of any legitimate remaining balance in your account, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
